The BINNEWIES firm was established in 1989 through the merger of the Pahlke & Partners practice—founded in 1955 by attorney and notary Mr. Pahlke—and the practice founded in 1963 by attorney and notary Dr. Binnewies in 1963, which focused primarily on tax law and tax consulting.
Our corporate goal is to impress clients with the exceptional quality of our services. To achieve this goal, we have defined and implemented quality standards in collaboration with DIRO. Through consistent professional development, qualification, and specialization, we maintain and enhance the quality of our work. Because they have demonstrated ongoing professional development, our practitioners are authorized to display the “Quality Through Continuing Education” certificate issued by the Federal Bar Association. Ultimately, we aim to ensure and communicate our commitment to quality by establishing a quality management system and successfully certifying it according to DIN EN ISO 9001—in the legal practice sector since 1998 and in the tax consulting sector since 2016. Furthermore, in the field of tax consulting, we also meet all requirements for certified firm management as defined by the DStV.
