Since August 2018, bike enthusiasts have been able to ride on the newly built training facility along the LenneSchiene. A variety of trails featuring different obstacles and jumps allow beginners to get started in the sport while also offering experienced riders appropriate challenges. The ideas for the bike park came from children and teenagers, who worked with a planning firm to bring the project to life.
The bike park is located at the Lennewiesen in Bamenohl, right next to the SauerlandRadring and Lenneroute bike paths as well as the Fnnentrop train station. This makes the facility easily accessible by bike and train for anyone interested in the LenneSchiene.
