Adventure Golf at the Viaduct

Right beneath Willingen’s landmark, the railroad viaduct, you’ll find the Abenteuergolfplatz. On 18 varied natural holes, the goal—just like in regular mini-golf—is to sink the ball with as few strokes as possible. But that’s not always so easy. The obstacles built into the holes are tricky and must first be navigated. This extraordinary recreational facility is one of a kind in Germany and was designed specifically for Willingen. With its creative obstacles and beautiful, natural setting, the course offers fun for young and old alike. Thanks to the spacious layout of the courses, even strollers or wheelchair users can join in the fun, and for older players, there are back-friendly clubs with suction-cup balls. But even the littlest ones won’t be left out, as there are clubs for every size. So nothing stands in the way of a family—or even a generational—showdown.
Even if you don’t want to play, you’re warmly welcome at the golf course. The sun terrace, with its fantastic view of the viaduct, also invites other visitors to relax. A wide selection of ice cream as well as hot and cold beverages rounds out the offerings.
The fascinating ball game of boules, also known as boccia, can be played here on two courts specially designed for it.
