The four spacious campsites are nestled amid a charming landscape of meadows, fields, and rolling hills. Right next door is the Küntrop Motte—a faithful replica of a motte-and-bailey castle, a type of fortress that was widespread in the Middle Ages. In the shadow of the motte, a medieval adventure playground has been created that is sure to thrill knights of all ages. The Küntrop Shooting Hall is also in the immediate vicinity.
The mostly flat site offers ample space even for motorhomes up to 10 meters in length. Electricity and fresh water are available for a fee; waste disposal is free of charge. There is also a facility for trash disposal. The campsite can be easily booked or reserved via the Alpacacamping app.
Hiking trails begin right at the campsite, and there are numerous attractions and activities to discover. Shopping and dining options are just a short distance away.
