The Schrabben Hof cultural estate is a listed ensemble of former farm buildings that is now a lively meeting place for culture, enjoyment and encounters in the Sauerland. In the restored complex, a nostalgic café, sunny Biergarten and a local history museum with exhibits on regional history invite you to linger. In addition, the Trödelscheune (junk barn) presents changing events, while the Kleinkunst- und Theaterscheune (cabaret and theater barn) regularly hosts cabaret, music and other cultural events. Numerous seasonal events such as vintage car meetings, Advent gatherings and storytelling cafés enrich the offer and make the Schrabben Hof a versatile destination for families, culture enthusiasts and day trippers. Business hours
The Biergarten is open every Sunday from July 9 to September 17. The Trödelscheune and the museum are open at the same time. There is coffee and cake, grilled sausages and live music from 2 pm.
Directions
How to get there From Kirchhundem, follow the B517 towards Welschen Ennest. Before Benolpe, turn left onto the K19. Once in Silberg, simply follow the main road until you see the Schrabben Hof on the right-hand side. Parking Free parking is available in front of the farm. Public transportation Take the R 91 bus to the Kirchhundem-Silberg, Ort stop. This is only a few meters away from the Schrabben Hof.
