The concept is to prepare all dishes “à la minute” while creating unique combinations. A selection of special wines, port wines, and whiskeys further complements the menu. The new menu places greater emphasis on vegetarian and vegan dishes and introduces an unconventional concept—keyword: “sharing.” The idea behind it: “You order together and simply share the dishes. That way, the agony of choice isn’t as great, and you enjoy each other’s company more.” Curiosity is—and always will be—a must at Abi’s, but given the creativity and decades of experience in international gastronomy that come together here, this is less surprising than it is an invitation to rediscover food and flavor.
