Youth Lounge for Fall Week
Over the past two years, the Youth Lounge has proven to be a safe and popular gathering place for young people during Lippstadt’s Fall Week. While the City of Lippstadt’s Youth and Family Office has organized the event on its premises up to now, this year the Shalom Youth Center—which is also very centrally located—will be taking over the organization.
The Youth Lounge invites young people to meet up, relax, and chat. In a laid-back atmosphere, it offers a safe place to unwind and feel at home—right in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Autumn Week. Cell phones can be charged for free on site. Free Wi-Fi is also available, along with light snacks and drinks at pocket-money-friendly prices. Information on safe partying rounds out the offerings. Trusted staff members are on site throughout opening hours. They’re there to listen to questions and concerns and offer support with minor issues.
Hours: Thu, Oct. 22 – Sat, Oct. 24, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. each day
