Jazzrevier brings together four top-notch musicians from Hamm and Dortmund who play their own brand of jazz with passion, enthusiasm, and years of stage experience. Their sound blends jazz with influences from soul, blues, and funk—groovy, soulful, and full of energy. The musicians—Dirk Schnickmann (keys), Andreas Hübsch (bs.), Rainald Berendt (dr.), and Thorsten Frerk (git.)—all well-known figures on the regional scene—manage to reinterpret classic jazz while thrilling their audience.
