Concert-Reading
In "Nicht nur zur Weihnachtszeit" (1952), Nobel Prize winner Heinrich Böll takes a satirical look at the German post-war mentality and irrefutable Christmas routine. Packed into a humorous tale, he subtly criticizes the lack of reappraisal in the early post-war years.
Christmas, the epitome of a contemplative celebration with the family, has become a way of life for Aunt Milla. After years of being prevented from celebrating the holiday in detail due to the Second World War, after the end of the war her love of Christmas increases monstrously, culminating in the angels still singing in August and the family coming over every evening to celebrate Christmas Eve.

Theater, film and television actor Dietmar Bär is best known for his role as Cologne crime scene detective "Freddy Schenk".
With the unique sound spectrum of his multi-faceted percussion instruments, classical percussionist Stefan Weinzierl develops audio worlds for energetic stage productions.
