Once again this year, Lüdenscheid’s Oberstadt will be transformed into an atmospheric Christmas setting: The “Historic Christmas Market” invites visitors to enjoy a special Advent experience over three days. In the lovingly designed village of stalls on the upper part of Wilhelmstraße, guests can expect a delightful mix of traditional handicrafts, culinary delights, and a varied entertainment program.

Once again this year, Lüdenscheid’s Oberstadt will be transformed into an atmospheric Christmas setting: The “Historic Christmas Market” invites visitors to enjoy a special Advent experience over three days. In the lovingly designed village of stalls on the upper part of Wilhelmstraße, guests can look forward to a delightful mix of traditional handicrafts, culinary delights, and a varied entertainment program.

As in previous years, numerous artisans will be showcasing their handmade and extraordinary creations. The offerings are complemented by food stands serving savory dishes, sweet treats, and winter beverages such as mulled wine and mead.

A varied program of events will create a festive atmosphere on all three days of the festival. Live music, angels on stilts, and a visit from St. Nicholas with his Christmas angel will accompany the lively market atmosphere and create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages.
