Here you will learn everything you need for your first experiences in the bike park. The course is aimed at beginners and those new to the park who have little or no previous knowledge. The prerequisite for participation is general bike control and a minimum age of 10 years.
Our course takes place from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a break from approx. 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
The meeting point is the bike rental shop at the K1 lift, where we first get to know each other and check our equipment.
The minimum number of participants is 3.
Our experienced guide will teach you general bike park basics such as rules and lift use in this course. You will also learn about the basic set-up of your bike and get tips on body position and eye tracking. Together, we will practise braking and cornering techniques on berms as well as initial jumping exercises. Depending on the weather, we will also incorporate the Northshore element into our exercises.
We will use the Flow Country or the Flow Country Trail in the freeride area as a training location. For this course, you will need a bike with disc brakes, a full-face helmet and protectors. If you don't have your own equipment, you can borrow it from us.
We recommend wearing gloves, but unfortunately you can't borrow them from us!
The price for the course is € 110.00 and includes the course fee.
If you need a rental bike and / or equipment, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the course so that we can hand everything over to you in good time. Please note that the lift tickets are not included in the services and must therefore be booked separately!
We look forward to welcoming you to our bike park beginner course and helping you improve your skills in the bike park.
