The Velmede swimming pool invites you to swim in a new stainless steel pool. Even people with physical disabilities now have the opportunity to swim in Velmede following the installation of appropriate measures (e.g. handicapped-accessible steps into the pool, lift system). In addition to floor bubblers, massage jets and splash jets, the pool is also equipped with underwater spotlights. In summer, the outdoor area can be used as a sunbathing lawn. The solarium can be used during the pool's opening hours.
During the school vacations, the opening hours (deviating from the usage schedule) are specially geared towards children and families.
Children's birthdays can also be celebrated in and around the hut on the play and sunbathing lawn.
Aqua-Fit: gymnastics for pregnant women and postnatal training.
Swimming courses: For children from the age of 4, but also for adults are held regularly outside the school vacations.
Breakfast swimming: Have breakfast with nice people in an informal atmosphere in the swimming pool.
Other: the indoor pool is barrier-free
