This installation is located on the multi-generation square of Referinghausen.
In the lower part, seating for young and old has been cut out of two concrete cubes. In making them, villagers have attached old windows, doors and memorabilia to the concrete formwork from the inside, leaving a permanent imprint for future generations. The upper part is made of wood, which was once used to build the half-timbered houses in the Sauerland region, and serves both as a roof and as a central light fixture for the evening hours.
