Walking barefoot is healthy! Our feet have the smallest nerve endings that have a reflex connection to the individual organs and body zones. Running over a varied surface is the easiest way to massage the foot reflex zones. In this way we support our body's natural immune system.
You balance over oak trunks, walk over rocks and coarse chippings and at the same time enjoy the far-reaching view of the beautiful Lenne Valley.

There are lockers directly at the water treading pool where you can lock up your shoes and bags. Then start the walk with a three-minute water treading in the Kneipp water treading pool.
