Treading water refreshes the feet, brings improvement in circulatory disorders and stimulates the circulation.
The feet should feel warm at the beginning of treading water.
Walk slowly in the "stork walk" through the cold water. After about 30 seconds, a strong cold sensation will appear in the feet and lower legs, usually after one lap! Then walk across the meadow to warm up the feet.
This process can be repeated several times.
After treading water, just strip off the water, put on stockings and shoes, and walk briskly until your feet feel warm again.
Away from the traffic, the square around the Kneipp facility in Giershagen with benches, swing, shelter, fountain and fireplace invites you to linger and especially in summer to cool your feet and legs.
Please keep the place clean and take any garbage back with you! THANKS
