Parking is available at the Hennedamm parking lot. From there you follow the path to the Hennesee. Cross the dam and follow the shore path for a short distance.

The SinnePfad offers you the opportunity to sharpen your senses for vital, not so loud, flashy, hectic natural processes again. Let yourself go on a discovery hike of the senses. You may recognize the hammering great spotted woodpecker. But do you know how he locates his prey in the wood of the tree trunk?

10 hands-on stations on the 2.0 km long SinnePfad give you the chance to let nature surprise you in a playful way. SINNvoll leben means to perceive one's living environment and to treat it respectfully. We humans are in the same boat with nature.
The way
When you arrive at the portal of the SinnePfad from the Hennesee, follow the path clockwise. If you are traveling with a stroller, you should use the forest path that runs parallel. It is also recommended to use this alternative route in winter or in wet weather.
Parking facilities
There are many parking possibilities along the Hennesee. It is advisable to use the hiking parking lot Hennedamm. From there you can use the footpath that will take you to the dam. If you prefer it more sporty, you can climb the 333 steps of the Himmelstreppe. Once on the dam, walk to the left and follow the path along the shore. Soon you will see the portal of the SinnePfad.
