Parking lot Schützenplatz Bad Fredeburg

The Schützenplatz parking lot is located on the outskirts of Bad Fredeburg in the "Schützenstraße" below the Hömberg. The Sauerland-Höhenflug runs directly over the Schützenplatz and passes through the Kurpark into the center of the village to the church and then continues up to the Buchhagen in the direction of Reiste. If you continue hiking from here in the direction of Altastenberg, you will first hike up to the Hömberg and above Holthausen you will come across a beautiful panoramic trail. At the Schützenplatz there are boards that provide information about the Höhenflug, about local hiking trails and about places to stop for refreshments.
