Plays have been staged and performed in the magnificent natural setting of our open-air theater since 1946. Well over 1.1 million spectators of all ages have been enthralled by the performances to date. Every season, a children's and family play as well as a play for adults are staged. There are hardly any limits to the annual selection of plays, from fairy tales, comedies, operettas and musicals to historical tales and stories, everything can be found in the repertoire of the past years.
