The path wants to give suggestions on several stations how to do something for physical and mental health in nature. Landscape therapy is part of the so-called "new nature therapies" and as such very well suited to act preventively for physical and mental health.
The landscape therapy path leads you from station to station. However, you are not bound to the given path. You can just as easily find your own path or visit only individual stations. Or visit the stations that are particularly good for you again and again!
