The Küntrop airfield is one of the most traditional sports airfields in NRW. Mainly on weekends, the Luftsportverein Sauerland e. V. offers sightseeing flights and trial flights with motor planes and motor gliders as well as glider two-seaters. The Sorpesee is a popular destination.
