The house ,,Johammanns" is a listed building and is the only one in town that still has a deel door. The door had to be so high to be able to drive a loaded hay cart onto the Tenne.

A stately half-timbered gable house with a crippled hipped roof presents itself to today's viewers. It is the successor building of a property destroyed in 1791 and is also registered in the city's list of monuments. On the threshold beam on the upper floor of the former agrarian house is the text:


ANNO 1791 den 15 MAY HAT MICH DAS FEVR NIEDER GEWORFEN.

The inscription above the deel door reads:
