Hiking parking lot Heinsberg

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the church. In the mountain road below the church, a hiking information board provides information about the many hiking possibilities. The circular tour "Krenkeltal and Goldener Zapfen", for example, offers a variety of insights into the nature and cultural history of this region (e.g. at the Rothaarsteig experience station "Aqueduct" and with the audio story "Dreiherrnstein" from the series "Border Stories Up Close", which tells the eventful story of the dispute over land between the Archbishop of Cologne, the Count of Nassau and the Prince of Wittgenstein). The Rothaarsteig access routes offer a hike along the Heinsberg Heid and through the Schwarzbachtal to the Rhein-Weser-Turm (lookout tower, gastronomy).
