On the citizens' sports field in Bestwig, in addition to a soccer field, there is now also an exercise course with 10 pieces of high-quality fitness equipment, each with information boards explaining the use of the stations. Directly adjacent to this is a 400-meter-long Finn track. The floor of the track is covered with wood chips, so that soft and joint-shoned running is possible for everyone.

The running club of Tus Velmede Bestwig offers regular dates for the joint use of the track and the exercise course.
