In addition to the permanent exhibition, special exhibitions with different themes are presented at irregular intervals. In 1902, the factory owner Peter Grah (1852-1935) had this stately villa built by the architect August Deucker (1869-1924). He succeeded in harmoniously combining the predominant country house style in the local area (here with half-timbering and a quarry stone base) with elements of Art Nouveau. The interior of the house is adorned with numerous details with Art Nouveau ornamentation.
