The building can be visited only from the outside. There is an information board with the most important information.

The Dückerscher Hof, built by the electoral head waiter Hermann Dücker (1591-1670), from 1701 feudal estate of the Wedinghausen monastery; after the town fire in 1709, the state parliament also met here in 1721. From 1856, a hospital, a women's clinic and then a retirement home were located here until 1976, when the Dückerscher Hof was converted to residential use in the early 1980s.
