The Dückerscher Hof, built by the electoral head waiter Hermann Dücker (1591-1670), from 1701 feudal estate of the Wedinghausen monastery; after the town fire in 1709, the state parliament also met here in 1721. From 1856, a hospital, a women's clinic and then a retirement home were located here until 1976, when the Dückerscher Hof was converted to residential use in the early 1980s.
