#deinsauerland / Outdooractive POIs / Diving bay Diemelsee

The diving bay at Diemelsee is not so easy to find. About 100 m from the barrier wall in the direction of Heringhausen lies relatively inconspicuous below the Eisenberg the diver's bay. You can reach the stony shore via a trail.

The special: Because it is a nature reserve, the requirements for the qualification of the divers are very high and the number of fellow divers under water is therefore very limited.

Because the change of seasons always offers different conditions under water, boredom does not arise.

A special feature is a rocky outcrop that begins at the shore and ends in the water with a relatively vertical edge. Above all, however, it is the wildlife that is the attraction. Here you can find everything that the local fauna has to offer.
