Anne Abendroth reports on her blog littleredhikingrucksack.de about her impressions and experiences on the big and small excursions on foot. She also shares a few experiences with equipment, nutrition and everything that goes with hiking.

Here in the Sauerland, Anne was on a three-day trekking tour around Willingen and Diemelsee. You can relive her experiences on the Upland and Diemelsteig trails and in the Sauerland Trekking Park here . She also gives great tips for trekking newbies.

Anne has also been to the Sauerland-Seelenorte before. As part of a "blogger retreat" in Hallenberg, she went on three hiking tours, including to Eisenberg and Philippstollen near Olsberg with invigorating Kneipp experiences and to the Niedersfelder Hochheide on a tour along the Goldener Pfad.
