The historic building offers a comprehensive and up-to-date range of around 60,000 media in the two departments for adults and for children and young people up to the age of 14.
This includes media in printed form such as books (including bestsellers and books in large print), newspapers and magazines as well as board games, language courses, feature films on DVD, non-fiction and music DVDs, music CDs, audio books, CDs and MP3 CDs, CD and DVD ROMs and console games.
The staff at the public library's circulation desk will be happy to answer any questions about registration and circulation and general orientation in the library, check out media, and register adults and teens 14 and older.
Children up to 14 years register in the children's library in the basement.
The media can be borrowed after paying the annual fee.
We also offer numerous events for children, teens and adults and a wide range of services.
