Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku as it is called in Japan, has been an integral part of preventive health care there since 1982. Japanese scientists have discovered that spending time in the forest acts like a kind of aromatherapy that is beneficial to health. Forest bathing is a recognized stress management method that is promoted by the Japanese health service. - This is understandable, since nature offers us everything that is good for us ... peace, silence, arriving at oneself - being in the here and now.
In a very natural way we strengthen our psyche and immune system and we open all our senses like hearing, seeing, smelling, feeling - and depending on the season and circumstances the sense of taste with the help of herbs or fruits.
Body, mind and soul come back into harmony.
Look forward to discovering nature with all your senses and be curious about what you may encounter ...
