The Prinzengarde Warstein is a carnival club founded in 1986, which takes part in the carnival events in the Warstein area and Hochsauerland every year with alternating guard and show dances. The highlights every year are the elaborately designed dances and acrobatics, which are currently performed by 30 young men and a dancing couple in intensive training sessions. The highlight of our carnival activities is the organization and staging of our own session, the Prinzengarden carnival (one of the largest sessions in the city), with the proclamation of the new PG prince and princess couple and participation in the Warstein Rose Monday parade.
