If sustainable commitment also produces the best possible taste experience, then that's all the better. In our in-house bakery, fresh, fragrant natural sourdough and spelt breads are baked daily in a stone oven. Good food needs time, which is why we let the dough rest for at least 24 hours before we process it.
This not only improves the taste, but also makes the bread easier on the stomach, in contrast to the mass-produced and quickly made industrial breads that cause intolerances in many people.
Our other products, such as jams, sauces and broths, pasta, sausage and ham, are also lovingly made by us without chemical additives. We take our time and are passionate about achieving the best possible taste through careful production. After all, eating is more than just food intake, eating means enjoyment. We are certain that you will taste the difference.
