Habib Benedikt Elias, who was involved in the award-winning cinema documentary "Rhythm is it", is coming to Lippstadt with his rich solo program consisting of a mix of jazz, chansons, bossa nova and songs. Performing in several languages including German, English, French, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish, his accomplished jazz vocals are skillfully blended with influences from great film music compositions. You embark on a musical journey through time that leaves you enchanted. With his program, the likeable entertainer tells stories from Count Basie, Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman, Charles Aznavour, from Charlie Chaplin's "Smile" to "Al otro lado del rio".
